  • Alectrofag offers a goodwill guarantee for UK customers, allowing returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and fully sealed products.
  • This guarantee doesn't affect legal rights for faulty or misdescribed products.

1.2 - Unsealed or Consumed Products:

  • Unsealed or consumed products cannot be changed or returned.

1.3 - Timeframe for Change of Mind:

  • Customers have 30 days to reconsider after receiving the last product of an order, even if delivered on different dates.

1.4 - Return Process:

  • Contact us via email for returns, providing name, order number, reason for return, and items returned.
  • Products must be sent within 14 days of cancellation request.
  • Use a traceable method for return, retaining proof of sending.

1.5 - Return Cost Responsibility:

  • Alectrofag covers return costs in cases of faulty products, delayed delivery, or errors at our end.
  • Customers bear return costs in other scenarios, including changes of mind.

1.6 - Warranty Periods and Returns:

  • Products with a warranty period extending beyond 28 days can be addressed by contacting the manufacturer.

1.7 - Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled if payment is not received in due time or if the correct address is not provided.

    • Registered Email Address or Cell number
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Items Returned
  • No refund of shipping charges for returned items.
  • Customer bears shipping costs for return.

3. Guidelines for Change of Mind Returns:
